GI INDEX TALK
On Saturday the 28th January we held our first GI Index Talk, which was a huge success. We wish to thank firstly our guest speaker Jeske Wellmann whose experience as a dietician was extremely helpful.
We further wish to thank everyone who attended that assisted in making this talk such a success - I am sure that everyone gained greatly from this informative speaker.
